Positions Available

Junior Graphic Designer (WordPress and Social Media Content Creation):

Location: Kloof, KwaZulu-Natal, South-Africa

Employment: Full-time, In-office

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging social media content that reflects our brand, under guidance and training.
  • Assist in managing and planning a social media content calendar.
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of WordPress websites, with a focus on learning and skill development.
  • Support routine website maintenance tasks.
  • Help design basic graphic assets for branding purposes, including logos and visual elements.

Job Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn and contribute to team projects and individual tasks.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively, particularly when facing deadlines.
  • Eagerness to develop decision-making skills and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design principles and WordPress; further training will be provided.

Junior Onsite IT Technician

Position: Onsite IT Technician

Location: Durban, Kloof

Type: Full-Time, with traveling to clients

Role Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Onsite IT Technician to join our growing team in Durban. This role requires a self-motivated individual who enjoys solving technical challenges, thrives in dynamic environments, and takes pride in delivering great service directly to clients.
You will be responsible for supporting a range of IT systems — including desktops, networks, printers, and various software platforms — across different client sites. This is a client-facing role that blends technical troubleshooting with customer support and occasional training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues (Windows-based environments)
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
  • Set up and configure new devices and systems
  • Assist in onboarding new client environments and maintaining existing infrastructure
  • Deliver basic end-user training on common systems and applications
  • Document solutions, update support tickets, and communicate clearly with the team
  • Travel to client sites within Durban and surrounding areas as required

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of IT experience — this can include formal work, personal projects, or freelance support
  • Basic familiarity with general IT systems such as computers, printers, routers, and small office setups
  • General understanding of hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
  • Comfortable working independently on-site with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to adapt to different environments
  • IT certifications (such as CompTIA, Microsoft, MikroTik, etc.) are advantageous but not required
  • A valid South African driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience is required
  • Must have reliable transport to get to the office; a company vehicle will be provided for travel to client sites

Junior IT Technician (In-Office with Remote Support Focus):

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical support for hardware and software issues, including Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Android, and standard PC hardware. Training provided.
  • Assist with email-related troubleshooting for cPanel, POP, IMAP, and Office 365 email accounts.
  • Support users with Office 365 applications, learning on the job to enhance skills.
  • Perform routine technical maintenance, including system updates and performance checks.
  •  Help diagnose and resolve common hardware problems, focusing on efficient troubleshooting and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate on team projects and handle independent tasks, with guidance and training as needed.
 

Job Requirements:

  • Eagerness to learn and strong problem-solving abilities, ideally with a basic background in IT support.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac systems, mobile devices, and PC hardware, with training on specific versions and updates.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles, with opportunities for further training.
  • Willingness to learn and support email systems such as cPanel, POP, IMAP, and Office 365.
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
 

Nice to haves:

  •  Some experience in IT support or related field is beneficial, not mandatory.
  • Interest in learning about Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools and Anti-Virus solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and customer interaction.
